Petty Office Patrick Fenwick Crossey is buried in the Commonwealth War Grave Cemetery at Rhodes, Service No. P/JX 126527, grave
ref:4.A.6.. He died on 15 January 1945 while serving with the Royal Navy. That attached picture and notes supplied by kind permission of Tony Martin has notes on the back which read : Beirut – July 1944, PO ( Coxon Pat Crossey ) ML 350, wounded at Sousse in 1943 and killed on ML350 in action off Kalymnos, Jan 1945.Buried in Simi, pictured with Bob Montgomery. Picture taken just before returning to the Aegean for a raid in Simi 12/13 July’44. He was awarded the DSM.
